Processing & Shipping Processing Times
SOME PRODUCTS MAY HAVE AN EXTENDED LEAD TIME. Please contact info@offroadusa.com with lead time inquiries. If product is in stock and ready to ship it will be shipped in around two to three business days after time of order placement. Lead times are subject to change and fluctuate based on order volume and specific product demand. Orders may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays and the shipment of the order with a provided tracking number typically takes between 3-7 business days. A PLACED ORDER IS AGREEING TO THE POSSIBILITY FOR AN EXTENDED LEAD TIME. OFF ROAD USA LLC works to get orders shipped as soon as possible and as supply chain/lead times allows.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Address or Address Changes
Items shall be shipped to the address the Customer has provided to OFF ROAD USA LLC. If customer’s address, for any reason, changes, or is invalid, and the product is lost as a result, or delivered to an address from which Customer cannot retrieve it, Customer is solely responsible for said loss, if OFF ROAD USA LLC shipped the product to the address supplied by the Customer during purchase. Upon delivery to the address, the Customer supplies when ordering, OFF ROAD USA LLC is considered to have completed delivery of the product, and no further liability is assumed by OFF ROAD USA LLC, for customer’s actual receipt of item. If customer gives OFF ROAD USA LLC an address from which customer cannot retrieve the product, then the customer is fully liable, and delivery is considered complete upon delivery to the address the Customer provided at checkout. If for some reason your package gets "returned to sender" you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the package back to you.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If for some reason your package becomes lost, please contact OFF ROAD USA LLC so a claim with the courier can be filed. OFF ROAD USA LLC will NOT ship another item until the courier contacts OFF ROAD USA LLC about the claim. If you are concerned about theft, please use a shipping address to a business or other safe place. OFF ROAD USA LLC is not responsible for stolen or incorrectly delivered packages.
Shipping Rates AND/OR Shipping Promotions
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, except for orders shipping to Canada, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and other shipping addresses outside of the lower 48 states of the United States of America. Please note that additional charges may apply for any order shipping to Canada, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and other shipping addresses outside of the lower 48 states of the United States of America. Customer, hereby, consents to pay the shipping as quoted at checkout or for shipping to Canada, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and other shipping addresses outside of the lower 48 states of the United States of America. Customer agrees to pay the amount invoiced via email, for making up any additional shipping costs.
After your order is received an OFF ROAD USA LLC customer service rep will contact you via email with details on additional shipping charges and an invoice for payment will be sent to you if your shipping address is outside of the lower 48 states of the United States of America and your shipping rate is changed.
Orders with a shipping address outside of the lower 48 states that require an additional shipping cost may only qualify for partial refund due to transaction fees from 3rd party payment processors if purchaser decides to cancel order due to added shipping cost.
In some instances their may need to be an additional shipping charge for any order placed and to be shipping anywhere. This can be due to changing shipping rates, manufacturing shipping rate additions and other unforeseen issues. In the event that their is an additional shipping charge a rep from OFF ROAD USA LLC will email from info@offroadusa.com with the additional amount required to be paid.
In some instances the free shipping over $100 promo may have some excluded products applying to it and in the event that their is an additional shipping charge a rep from OFF ROAD USA LLC will email from info@offroadusa.com with the additional amount required to be paid.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
OFF ROAD USA LLC ships to the Continental United States. We also accept special orders for Hawaii and Canada. We do not currently ship to U.S. Territories, other than Guam and Puerto Rico, nor do we ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. If an order is received with a P.O. Box address, which requires a physical address, OFF ROAD USA LLC will reach out via email, or telephone, to request a physical address. If you fail to provide one, OFF ROAD USA LLC will be unable to ship the item, your order will be cancelled, and your purchase money will be refunded, minus a 20% cancellation fee.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
OFF ROAD USA LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damaged Goods Policy
While we make every attempt to make sure packages arrive in perfect condition, on occasion a product does get damaged. If this happens with your package, please CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY at info@offroadusa.com.
In order to file a damaged goods claim, customer must contact OFF ROAD USA LLC no later than 3 days after receiving the product. After 3 days, OFF ROAD USA LLC is unable to accept damaged goods claims. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt at info@offroadusa.com and an OFF ROAD USA LLC customer service rep will begin working with you to resolve your issue.
OFF ROAD USA LLC cannot be held responsible for any product damages incurred during transit. OFF ROAD USA LLC will, however, help the customer file a claim with the carrier, but, claims are subject to approval by the carrier.
If you can see damage upon delivery, DO NOT SIGN for the item and REFUSE THE DELIVERY.
If item is delivered with damages, please document all issues with pictures and contact info@offroadusa.com right away with the delivery slip and photos so we can assist you ASAP!
